Our General Policy

Sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make the process as straightforward as possible.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

When You Can Get a Refund or Exchange

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is significantly damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Reporting Window: Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage to support your claim.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered product is out of stock, we will inform you and refund the amount paid within 48 hours.

How to Initiate a Return (for Eligible Items)

 

Once we've confirmed your item is eligible for return (i.e., if it meets the return conditions, or is damaged or defective):

  • Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at support@vitaclothing.in within 7 days of delivery to submit your return request. For damaged/ faulty items, ensure you've reported them within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

  • Product Pickup: It typically takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from your delivery address after your return request is approved.

  • Quality Inspection: After pickup, allow an additional 7 days for our quality control department to inspect the product. 

  • Refund Initiation: Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: In the same condition as you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Returned in its original packaging with all original tags intact.

Refund Details

 

  • Refund Timeline: The actual receipt of your refund will depend on the payment method you choose within 0-10 days depending on your type of payment method you’ve used. 
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Fees: A return shipping fee of ₹129 will be charged and deducted from your refund. In cases of excessive returns, an additional reverse shipping fee of up to ₹100 may also be deducted.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds are issued to your VITAL wallet or as a coupon code. These can be used for future purchases within 1 year.

    • Partial Returns from Combo Purchases: If you return one item from a combo purchase (e.g., "Buy 2 for X price" or "Buy 4 for Y price"), the refund amount will be credited based on the individual item's original price, not the combo price.

    • For example, if you bought 2 T-shirts for ₹679 (individual price ₹399) and return one, you will be refunded ₹280 (₹679 - ₹399).

    • Similarly, if you availed a discount (e.g., 25% for 4 items) and return some, the discount calculation will be revised based on the number of items you keep.

Cancellation Policy

 

We understand you might need to cancel an order. Please be aware of the following:

  • Strict Time Limit: Some orders are processed and shipped almost immediately. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at support@vitaclothing.in within 6 hours of placing your order, Monday to Saturday (10 AM to 7 PM IST).

  • Processing Means No Cancellation: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must accept the delivery and then follow our return policy if you wish to return the item (provided it meets the eligibility criteria for damaged/defective goods).

  • Refused Shipments: Refusing to accept a shipment may result in the suspension of the Cash on Delivery (COD) option on your account for future orders and in case, it is a Prepaid Order, it should meet our cancellation and refund policy. 

  • VITAL's Right to Cancel: Vital reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation if requirements cannot be met (e.g., unforeseen stock issues). We will ensure timely communication regarding any cancellations and applicable refunds to your original payment method.


Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Accurate Delivery Details: It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may lead to additional shipping charges.
  • Timely Reporting: Please notify us of any issues with your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Important Note

 

All terms and conditions outlined in this policy apply to all products purchased from VITAL. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Returns will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.
